Last October in Trieste, in the evocative spaces of the Old Port of the city, the ninth edition of the TriestEspresso Expo was staged, an appointment that is more and more a sign in the Espresso world to which Eureka couldn't miss!

Among the novelties brought to the fair by our team during the three-da event in Trieste, a lot of interest has attracted the presentation of Atom Pro, the universal coffee grinder with which we address the professional barista, conscentious to Zero Retention and logic of pre-dosing for both Filter and Espresso grinding. 

The last blue bow of the company couldn't be bigger and shimmering: new Atom Pro takes advantage of the best of Eureka technology, here perfected and evolved to define the contours of a new experience in the preparation and consumption of coffee, in all its forms and nuances. 

The Friulian kermesse was the occasion to present a new extension of the Mignon line, presented at Host in 2017 and from that moment became a real reference point for the international grinder offer: here is Mignon Crono, to enrich the Mignon Filter Range launched in Amsterdam this June with Brew Pro and Filtro versions, and Mignon Manuale, first model of a new Eureka simple and essential Espresso range, the Mignon Evolution Range, which will see further developments and insights already at Sigep in Rimini.

The gulf of Trireste has smiled since the first day, giving us a unique ad initable experience... at least until the next edition of TriestEspresso Expo, the double-digit one!
