A month ago the lights of the World of Coffee 2018 turned off, a very important appointment for Eureka, who chose Amsterdam and its incredible frame to show the latest news about the world of specialty and filter coffee. 

The spotlight has been taken by the latest results from our R&D Department: the patent pending Blow Up System, that guarantees Zero Retention. Great enthusiasm and interest has been aroused among the visitors, who had fun trying it to understand how it works and to test its reliability. 

Plus, Amsterdam was the ideal setting to offer the first range of products entirely dedicated to filter coffee. After the Atom experience, presented at the 2016 SCAA Seattle as an Espresso & Brew hybrid product, Eureka has developed the new Mignon Filter Range, having new burrs and ACE System, exclusively conceived for filter coffee. Two versions available, Mignon Filtro and Mignon Brew Pro, to enrich our offer dedicated to coffee-lovers who are interested in this market segment.
