Fast

For professional performances.

Equipped with 65 mm Pure Diamond burrs and a powerful motor, the Mignon XL delivers fast and consistent grinding, bringing professional performance into your home coffee routine.

Diamond Inside® burrs

Burrs with a superior crystal structure thanks to our patented process.

Diamond Inside is a patented process for thermal cryogenic treatment of burrs at temperature -193° C resulting in the formation of an increased crystal structure that guarantees a superior wear resistance and duration.
Diamond Inside is able to preserve the optimal burrs sharpness longer than any other burrs typology, keeping the granulometry constant for an exceptionally high quantity of ground coffee.

Silent

Professional performance, remarkably quiet.

Thanks to Eureka’s exclusive Silent Technology, the Mignon XL significantly reduces grinding noise through an innovative anti-vibration system. Enjoy a quieter coffee experience without compromising on the grinding performance.
