Special design to provide excellent results in both espresso and filter coffee. Recommended for all coffee, especially for light and medium-light roasted, being designed to fully exhalt the flavours’ clarity and brightness.

Thermal cryogenic treatment of burrs to a temperature of -193°C which allows to obtain a greater resistance to wear and preserve the grind setting longer than any other burrs type.
