At HOST 2017, Eureka has introduced the New Mignon Silent Range.
Beyond the innovative design, the new range features 2 important peculiarities: the Silent Technology to reduce the grind noise and the Anti-Clumps & Electrostaticity System which prevents the formation of clumps and ensures dose consistency.
Today, the New Mignon Silent is a proper range of products composed of 3 versions:
Silenzio is the version similar to the current Mignon, with the possibility to switch from Manual to Timer mode.
Specialità is the version conceived for barista: 55 mm burrs for higher grind dispersion speed, all-purpose “Hands-Free” fork and display Touch with 2 programmable doses plus continuous mode.
Perfetto is the version conceived for the most demanding coffee lovers: beyond the display Touch with 2 programmable doses, Perfetto is equipped with the special “Easy Setting” System to facilitate the grinding regulation.
Starting from June 1st, 2025, Eureka extends the motor warranty on Mignon models: a tangible sign of the quality and reliability Made in Florence.
A new partnership has been concluded with REPA, the leading European spare parts distributor for foodservice equipment, recognizing it as Global Master Distributor for Eureka’s Spare Parts Operation.
